From 7 PM the main entrance door will be closed. Access to the Tower will be through a side door adjacent to the main one (under the portico) where a staff member will be present.

- Monday to Sunday; three entries per hour (at 00, 20, and 40 minutes past the hour)

- From 01/03 to 12/05: first entry at 10:00 AM, last entry at 6:20 PM
- From 13/05 to 15/09: first entry at 10:00 AM, last entry at 8:20 PM

- Closed on non-holiday Mondays, May 1st, and December 25th
Cancellation
Cancellation with refund or modification of the reservation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Regulations
- Reservation: reservation is mandatory.
- Timing: in case of delay, entry to the next available slot will not be permitted, and no refund will be provided. Please arrive 5 minutes before the selected time.
- Summit Terrace: access to the summit terrace is possible via a narrow staircase after signing a waiver on-site. Access is prohibited for children under 8 years old, even if accompanied by an adult.
- Audio Guide: To use the audio guide, you will need to use your own smartphone and earphones.
- Minors: can only access with an accompanying adult.
- Animals: Access is prohibited for animals of any size.
- Luggage: Access with large bags and backpacks is prohibited.
- Shoes: Closed shoes or sandals with a back strap are required. Entering with flip-flops, high heels, or bare feet is prohibited.
- Collezioni Comunali d’Arte: The Tower and Collections have different opening hours, plan your visit accordingly. You will still have six months to use your ticket.
- Card Cultura: Card Cultura holders must use their card to access the Collezioni Comunali d’Arte.
